Clear terms for using Neev.

Operator and service scope

Neev is operated by Abhishek Kaushik, operating under the trade name Neev. Neev is currently a trade name, not an incorporated company.

Neev provides software for business operations such as account access, customer and supplier records, orders, inventory, invoices, communications, and related workflows. Available features may change as the service develops. A separate signed agreement takes priority if it expressly conflicts with these public Terms.

Authority and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, and have authority to act for any business you register. You are responsible for accurate account information, authorised user access, protecting credentials and login codes, and activity performed through your account.

Notify us promptly at the contact below if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Plans, fees, taxes, and cancellation

The public website does not itself create a paid subscription or accept payment. Any pilot, plan, implementation work, fees, taxes, usage limits, support, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms must be stated in an applicable written order or agreement before they bind either party.

If Neev later offers an online purchase, the applicable price, compulsory charges, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and required consumer information will be shown before the order is placed. Nothing on a marketing or comparison page overrides an applicable written agreement or a statutory right.

Customer data and permissions

You and the relevant business retain rights in the data submitted to Neev. You give Neev the limited permission needed to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that data to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary notices, permissions, and lawful basis to submit personal data, business records, messages, and files to Neev and to instruct Neev to contact other people.

Acceptable use

Do not use Neev unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; send deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications; introduce malicious code; probe or bypass security controls; interfere with the service; scrape it at unreasonable volume; or access data or accounts without permission.

Do not submit a child’s personal data unless the processing is within an approved service scope and you have completed every notice, consent, guardian-verification, and other safeguard required by applicable law.

You must follow applicable communication, tax, accounting, consumer, employment, and data-protection obligations relevant to your use. Neev is a software service and does not replace professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Third-party services and data location

Features that connect to WhatsApp, Google, payment services, or another provider also depend on that provider’s availability, terms, and policies. Neev is not responsible for a third-party service or for changes that provider makes.

Neev-controlled persistent production storage, including the primary database, object storage, and backups, is configured in India. The current production deployment uses Google Cloud asia-south1 (Mumbai).

External services, including Cloudflare for internet delivery, Meta when WhatsApp is used, VeriCite when the public assistant is enabled, and optional integrations you connect, process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Neev does not claim that those providers perform all processing or transient transmission only in India.

Neev intellectual property

Neev and its software, branding, documentation, and original service content remain the property of their respective owner. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business operations; they do not transfer ownership of Neev technology.

Feedback may be used to improve Neev without an obligation to pay for it, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate Neev reliably, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security work, provider outages, or technical faults can interrupt access. This page does not promise a service level, recovery time, or uninterrupted operation unless a signed written agreement expressly provides one.

We may add, change, or retire features. Where a change materially affects normal use, we will use reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Neev and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, non-payment under an agreed plan, material breach of these Terms, or harm to Neev or others. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, lawful retention, disclaimers, and dispute provisions—continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neev does not give warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed written agreement and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited. Any such responsibility will be determined under applicable law and any applicable signed agreement. These Terms do not state or imply that Neev carries a particular insurance policy.

Indian law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.

If the Neev service is transferred to an incorporated entity or another successor, we will identify the new operator, the effective date, and any material effect on these Terms or the Privacy Policy. The successor must assume the applicable service obligations; incorporation will not be represented as having occurred before its actual effective date.
