Overview

When you are away from the counter — on the road, at a customer's shop, at home in the evening — you still need to know how the day is running and whether to release a held order. The admin mobile app is your phone console. One tap shows today's revenue, what is waiting on your sign-off, who owes you money, and what your team is doing right now. No laptop, no calling the office to ask.

Every number on these screens is live from the Neev API. There is no demo data — what you see is what the business is doing.

Where to find it

This is the owner and manager phone view, not a desktop page. Open Neev on your phone after signing in and you land on the admin home at /m/admin/home.

The bottom tab bar carries exactly four tabs:

  • Home/m/admin/home
  • Approvals/m/admin/approvals
  • Insights/m/admin/insights
  • Credit/m/admin/credit

A fifth screen, Team (/m/admin/team), is not on the tab bar. You reach it from the "TEAM · LIVE" card on Home — tap Open.

Who sees what: Home, Approvals, Insights, and Credit are open to both Owner and Manager. The Team screen is Owner-only — a manager who opens that link is bounced back to their home screen.

Key concepts

  • Service-level deadline — every pending approval has a clock. The Approvals screen shows the time left; under three hours the badge turns red so urgent sign-offs do not slip.
  • Held order release — when an order crosses a customer's credit limit it is held for your approval. Approving the override lets it move; declining keeps it held.
  • New customer sign-off — a buyer added through intake waits for owner/manager activation before they can transact.
  • Receivables aging — outstanding money split by how old it is: 1–30 days, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+. The Credit screen draws this as one bar so you see at a glance how much has gone stale.

Common workflows

1
Check today's brief

Open Home. The four tiles show TODAY revenue, OPEN orders, RECEIVABLES, and STOCK alerts. The credit card below flags the worst overdue account; the team card shows your top three people live. The brief refreshes itself every 60 seconds.

2
Clear a pending approval

Tap Approvals. Each card shows the customer, the amount, and SLA time left. Hit Approve to release a held order or activate a new buyer; hit Decline to reject it. The queue updates the moment you act.

3
Read the credit ledger

Tap Credit. The big number is total outstanding. The colour bar underneath splits it into the four aging buckets, and the top three past-due customers each carry a sparkline. Tap Open account to jump to that customer.

4
Act on a ranked insight

Tap Insights. Seven signal cards — sales pace, standing-order watch, stockout watch, receivables aging, approval queue, WhatsApp intake, collections today — are ranked for you. Each card deep-links to the full desktop view (Reports, Standing orders, Inventory, Approvals, or WhatsApp).

5
See who is working (owner only)

From Home, tap Open on the TEAM card. Each member card shows role-specific work — counter sales, delivery stops and COD, payments allocated, units packed — plus a 7-day counter-staffing heatmap in IST.

Role notes

Both roles share the same four tabs and can act on the queue. The Team screen and the team roster behind it are the one real difference.

  • Owner — full access. Approvals, credit override, and buyer activation all work, and the Team screen plus the team roster on Home are populated. The owner holds the intake.* permissions these actions need.
  • Manager — runs the queue day to day. A manager approves and declines held orders and new buyers exactly like the owner, and reads Credit and Insights in full. What a manager does not get is the team roster: the Team screen is owner-only, and on Home the live team card stays empty for a manager. Tenant-admin powers — inviting teammates, editing roles, changing settings — are not on this console for either role; they live on desktop and an owner holds them.
Note
A manager who follows the Team deep link is quietly redirected back to their home screen — it is not an error, just the access rule doing its job.

Tips & time-savers

Tip
Leave Home open while you work the floor. It re-polls live data every 60 seconds on its own, so the revenue, receivables, and approval counts stay current without you pulling to refresh.

The Insights cards are the fast lane: instead of hunting through desktop reports, read the ranked card and tap its link to land straight on the exact screen — /reports, /standing-orders, /inventory, /approvals, or /whatsapp. The credit card on Home does the same, dropping you onto the overdue customer's account in one tap.

Gotchas

Warning
Approving a credit override releases a held order to move, and declining a new-buyer activation rejects that customer's sign-off. These are real actions on the live queue — once you tap Approve or Decline the request leaves the queue and the buyer or order state changes. Read the customer, amount, and SLA on the card before you tap.

If a manager cannot see any names on the Home team card, nothing is broken — the live roster is owner-only by design. Ask the owner for a team view, or check the desktop team-and-roles screen.
